These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mi Casa Tu Casa Spanish Language Center website (the “Site”) and any services we provide, including Spanish tutoring and classes (collectively, the “Services”).

4.1 Services

We provide Spanish tutoring and classes. Specific offerings, schedules, and pricing may change over time and may be described on the Site or communicated to you directly.

4.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes

Language learning outcomes vary by individual. We do not guarantee any specific results, test scores, fluency level, or timeline.

5. Accounts, Communications, and Consent

5.1 Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you regarding scheduling, enrollment, service updates, and customer support via email, phone, or text message, consistent with your preferences and applicable law.

5.2 Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

If you opt in to receive text messages, the following terms apply:

  • Message frequency varies.

  • Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may receive a final confirmation message after opting out.

  • For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information in Section 2.

  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may use service providers to deliver messages and operate our business.

6. Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows

6.1 Scheduling

Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to instructor availability. We may require sufficient notice for scheduling changes.

6.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Unless otherwise stated in your package or invoice, cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least [X] hours in advance. Late cancellations may be treated as a used session.

6.3 No-Shows

If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, it may be treated as a used session and may not be refundable.

6.4 Instructor Changes

We may assign or change instructors when necessary due to scheduling, illness, or availability. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain continuity.

7. Payments, Refunds, and Billing

7.1 Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed on the Site or provided to you directly and may change over time. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected Services. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors.

7.2 Refunds

Refunds (if any) depend on the specific program, package, or agreement. Unless required by law or explicitly stated in writing, payments may be non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly.

7.3 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend Services during the dispute. We may provide documentation to the payment processor regarding your purchase and service delivery.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mi Casa Tu Casa and its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
